Peppalo Stone Ground Chocolate Bar; Assorted Styles

We use pure Dominican cacao beans and organic cane sugar to handcraft rich, rustic bars full of flavor.  Made in small batches in Tecumseh, MI, each bar is poured and hand trimmed to retain it's rustic flavor, look and feel. 

About 85% dark chocolate however still quite sweet due to sugar that hasn't been dissolved. 

Each bar begins as our "original" dark chocolate. Celtic Sea Salt is sprinkled on, Roasted, salted, chopped almonds strewn across liquid chocolate, finished bar are cold smoked using Apple wood or an intense raspberry flavor oil is added. 

We never use soy lecithin or cocoa butter to reduce the amount of chocolate in this bar or give it a waxy mouthfeel! Each bar weighs approximately 2oz.
